My research interests are broad but focus on the use of data for automation and insight into cyber security problems, mainly focussing on incident response and risk management. Beyond this I am interested in the human side of cyber security, especially what motivates decisions and behaviours from individual users, developers and adversaries to geo-political drivers.

I am Security Vulnerability Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. I previously held roles at BSI and in cyber security research at Airbus, and have a mixed academic background including a PhD in malware detection and Bachelor's in social science.
